Refund Policy
In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase of products or services, the following terms apply:

Online healing, coaching and mentoring services: these services are non-refundable.

Workshops or online seminars: these programs/products are non-refundable. Workshops are available for a period of 30 days from the date of payment in your dashboard. If you do not avail/view the purchased program within the period of 30 days, it will expire. Expired and unviewed programs are also non-refundable however we can offer a 1-month extension period for viewing your purchased program upon request to info@bihcglobal.com.

Digital products including ebooks, audio/mp3 files and video/mp4 files: each purchase is only good for 1 download. If you lost your file due to user error or downloading in a wrong location on your device, the purchase is non-refundable. If your downloaded file was corrupted due to interruption in the downloading process from low internet bandwidth or any other reason, you may send us a copy of the corrupted file and we will either issue a full refund or a send you a new download link for the same product based on your preference.

Physical product including books, CDs and DVDs: books, CDs or DVDs can be refundable if they are returned in unopened and resalable condition, to be evaluated upon our discretion. The shipping costs for returning these items will be incurred by the buyer. In case of missing pages in books or corrupt CD or DVD products, the products can be exchanged and shipping costs for sending it to our store will be reimbursed to the buyer.
By purchasing the products or services, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

I understand that WIIDTM Specialists and MDP BElifeTM services do not diagnose any health or psychological conditions. I hereby forever release and hold World Institute for Incurable Diseases, BElife, Master Del Pe and all of its officers, agents, employees, directors, executives, managers, successors and licensees harmless from any and all liability, encumbrances or responsibility for the outcomes of services provided. Everything I have written and answered is true and correct.

BElife Institute for Higher Consciousness (BIHC): I understand that the information and materials presented in the programs of MDP BElifeTM and BElife Institute for Higher Consciousness (BIHC) are copyrighted and cannot be videotaped, recorded, or reproduced in any way. I understand that these services, seminars or training programs, do not provide medical advice or diagnosis of health conditions or replace medical advice. Master Del Pe, his organizations and program leaders are not liable for any loss, health effect or other consequence of using or indirectly applying any technique or practice provided by these services, seminars, workshops and/or training programs. I willingly and freely cooperate with Master Del Pe and his assigned representatives regarding this execution of this agreement.

Wisdom Institute for Leadership and Global Advancement (WILGA): I understand that the information and materials presented in the programs of MDP BElifeTM and Wisdom Institute for Leadership and Global Advancement (WILGA) are copyrighted and cannot be videotaped, recorded, or reproduced in any way. I understand that these services, seminars or training programs, do not provide medical advice or diagnosis of health conditions or replace medical advice. Master Del Pe, his organizations and program leaders are not liable for any loss, health effect or other consequence of using or indirectly applying any technique or practice provided by these services, seminars, workshops and/or training programs. I willingly and freely cooperate with Master Del Pe and his assigned representatives regarding this execution of this agreement.

Testimonials: I give permission for my testimonial to be used and release World Institute for Incurable Diseases (WIID), BElife Institute for Higher Consciousness (BIHC), Wisdom Institute for Leadership and Global Advancement (WILGA), MDP BElifeTM, Master Del Pe and all of its healing specialists, trainers, coaches, mentors, officers, agents, employees, directors, executives, managers, successors and licensees from any liability, legal or otherwise, for the use of my testimonial or story in books, websites, flyers, articles, media requirements and other legal uses without contract or fees.
