This is a special program to train and mentor youth to choose a better life of balance, service and values. It includes leadership training and community development projects where teenagers and young adults build confidence and discover who they are by contributing to their communities.

This project develops important attributes: team building, project management, volunteerism, social entrepreneurship and new life skills to combat social ills and vices.

Youth will be trained to serve humanity and the world in whatever walks of life they choose. They will also be assigned coaches and life mentors especially from the talentSHARE & wisdomBANK^TM.
